how to round decimals!!
1.The first thing you do when you round decimals is you look at the number next to the number you are going to round and if it is less than 5 you turn the number to a zero and all of the numbers after the number next to the number you are going to round to . And if it is 5 or more you are going to add a 1 to the number you are rounding
FOR EXAMPLE
Lets say my number is 8.369 and i am going to round to the nearest tenth which is the 3 i am going to look at the hundredth place number which it is the 4 and since the 4 is less than 5 that 4 and all of the number after it are going to not be there any more . That's my example for the numbers that are less than 5. My other example for numbers that are 5 or more is that lets say my number is 3.651 and i am going to round to the nearest tenth which is the 6 i am going to look at the 5 and since the 5 is more than 5 i am going to increase that number by 1 next to the number i am rounding. So now my final results are 3.751.
